I am collaborating with the lovely Imaan Aziz and we both are going to be sharing with you all our tips on how we stay organised for school. I’ll make sure to link her blog post below.
Having a designated workspace allows you to have everything in order. As you can see, on my desk I have folders separating my subjects and having the necessary stationery for school. My desk is from Ikea and it has the Alex 5 drawers on each side and I use them to store my flashcards, revision books, literature books and my bullet journal. It keeps everything at an easy reach and honestly makes life easier.
Lists, lists, and more lists
If you have read my previous school posts, you’d know that I am a huge fan of lists. It’s a way of dumping everything onto a page into different categories and this type of organisation keeps me stress-free. This isn’t a physical organisation tip for your school work but, if you can’t get your mind organised, you will find it difficult to keep on top of things.
Whether it be a specific day of the week or specific time of the day, keep in mind that you do need to spend time studying. This actually keeps you organised because you’re not falling behind on work and it’s the perfect way to remember to put sheets in your folders during this time. For example, I’d use Saturday evenings to create revision resources and put them away with everything else. So when it does come to exams, not only have you studied, everything that you’ve done at school is up to date at home.
Don’t forget to check out Imaan’s post by clicking here. She share’s her top 10 tips on staying organised for school and let me tell you this, they’re pretty good tips! So definitely go check her blog out.
So I hope you all enjoyed this post and I hope that it helped you guys out. Have a great day everyone x
