February is moving fast pace and new years resolutions are either fading or non-existent at this point. This isn’t gonna be another post on the internet to tell you to pick yourself up and carry on because let’s be real here, most resolutions are unrealistic or demotivating due to results not being instant. Here is a post to give you a bit of motivation because New Year’s isn’t the only time for fresh starts.
How do you feel about where you are right now? How does it make you feel and what thoughts are causing you to feel this way? Grab a notebook and write it all down because, in order to improve yourself, you need to know why you want to do it in the first place.
List of 1, 6 and Now
NOW: What do you need to do now to create that first step towards your new beginning. For example, I want to focus on self-love and I created a list of ways to do that. One I am prioritising is having alone time as that is crucial.
6: What should you have done in 6 months time? Being ambitious is good but be realistic within yourself. Small steps make differences. For example, if my goal was to exercise every day for 3 hours, in 6 months I would have wanted to have exercised at least 4 times a week, 3 hours a day.
1: From 1 year today, do you think you’d be able to accomplish your goal? Create a backup goal just in case you don’t surpass it and create a greater goal, in case you do achieve it within a year. For example,
- Post at least twice 24 blog posts this year
- Post 40 blog posts this year
- Post 55+ blog posts this year
I’ll just leave this here for you 🙂
So I hope you all enjoyed this post! It’s a little bit different from the usual content I post because it’s written in a different style. I just hope it helps one of you guys. Have a great day everyone x
