Happy February! The last time I did a Q&A on my blog was on August in 2018 so it’s been a hot minute. I asked you all to ask me a question on my Insta Stories (follow me, @lifeasnajida so you don’t miss out on the next Q&A) and I am going to answer them all today. Before I start this post, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who asked a question.
If you could travel any time period (past or future) which would you choose?
This question is quite difficult, hmmm. I would travel back in time to the 1960s because it was the era with bikers and surfers and I’ll be living the life of Teen Beach Movie (if you were a Disney fan when you were younger then you’d understand, haha). I just want to experience the vibe because it is completely different from the 21st century.
Do you have any pets? If so what are their names?
Sadly, I don’t have a pet but, if I were to get one in the future, I’d get a cat and call it Dosh (such a random name but it’s an inside joke with my friends).
@happy_roxanne asked two questions (thank you!):
What’s your favourite perfume?
Amo Ferragamo because I got it for my birthday and it’s been the only perfuming I’ve been wearing because it smells amazing!
Favourite book you’ve read recently?
One of Us is lying is one of my faves because it’s a locked room mystery and the plot and structure of the book were perfectly laid out and I love how it’s in different perspectives too. Whether you are into reading or not, I feel like anyone would enjoy this book because the storyline sounds like it could be a film (I would be so happy if it was!). Click here to read the blurb and I definitely recommend this book if you like crime.
Three products you can’t live without?
- Simple light moisturiser
- The Body Shop hand cream
Revolution Duo Brow Pencil
What’s your favourite lipstick?
NYX LINGERIE in the shade French Maid
Top tips on staying organised and keeping your space clean?
My top tip is to clean your work area straight after you’ve finished your work. It stops you from being lazy and procrastinating and makes you more productive for the next time you want to work on your desk as it’s not a mess. Also, have organisers on your desk so nothings scattered and everything has a home so you are more willing to put it back.
How do you plan? Do you check your calendar every morning?
No, I don’t check my calendar every morning because I just take on the day and go with the flow. I only plan when I’m doing school work or there’s an event. I usually use my planner and write down all my tasks and bullet point the task into more specific detail. I tick it off throughout a certain timeframe.
So I hope you all enjoyed this post! Don’t forget to follow my Instagram, @lifeasnajida, because I’m always updating you all on everything there. Have a great start to February everyone x
