Sef care with Happy mail club

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are having a great day! If you have been following my Instagram (click here to follow me) you would know that I am a big fan of self-care and do it every Sunday. I know it is Saturday but, I thought I’d share what I do the night before to give you guys a bit of inspo.

This is the second month I have been a Happy Mail Club ambassador so I’m so excited to share with you on how I incorporated the September’s self-care box into my routine!

A bubble bath and pamper

Happy mail club facemask

I start of my pamper evening around 5pm and start a bubble bath going and I use the Radox feel ready red apple scented bubble bath soak. While I’m in the bath, I have a candle lit but, I tried the wax melt from the self-care box and it smelt so fresh! The downside was that my wax melter was small so I had to break the wax up. While deep conditioning my hair, I used the sheet mask shown above. It was a very moisturising mask and it smelt like baby wipes. I wasn’t very sure about how I felt about the smell but I loved the overall feel of my skin when I rinsed my face.

Warm tea and unwinding

Happy mail club tea and notebook

Once I’ve finished having a bath, I grab a cuppa and my favourite is the cherry bakewell green tea shown above. While I was drinking my tea, I did a bit of sketching and went through the self-care checklist and I had so much fun going through the list.

Self care happy mailbox

Once I have finished going through the checklist, I had dinner at around 8pm and once I finished that, I watched Netflix. While watching Dynasty, I used the scratch card and I thought that it was super adorable! I also used the adorable card that came in there too and used it as a birthday card which was so convenient. After that, I went to bed at 10pm and I was ready for the new week.

Here are all The Happy Mail Club’s links and you can check out their prices for certain time periods or one-off boxes. It’s not too late to grab the September box with everything I have featured today and make sure to go show them some love on social media!

These boxes are such a nice idea. I really miss being able to take a bath (I only have a shower in my current house), because they’re so relaxing!

I love these kind of self care boxes because they’re a nice reminder to be kind to yourself and take time to care for you!
