It’s been super hot lately in the UK so I thought this post would beneficial!
Make cold drinks
You can DIY it or buy one (if you are lazy like me), but a milkshake, cold juice or a sorbet is perfect for this kind of weather!
Go swimming or inflate a pool
The water in a swimming pool is a perfect way of cooling down! You could make it a day out or have fun in the garden with the family.
In the store, fruits are on shelves but they taste so much better when cold and makes you feel less hot. It’s also the perfect healthy snack!
Wear loose clothing
This allows airflow and stops your armpits from sticking and creating sweat patches on your clothes. You feel more comfortable and can enjoy the breeze a lot more.
Shut all windows when the AC is on
This stops the cool air from escaping the room and any hot air that rises, will be cooled down faster.
Bonus: Do yoga instead of regular exercise
This still keeps you flexible and healthy without sweating too much. Or if you don’t want to do that, lessen the amount of exercise you do.
