How to get organised with Papier

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are having a wonderful day. As promised, I am bringing another back to school blog post for you all which is in collaboration with Papier. I will be sharing with you 4 tips to get you organised for the new school year.

Buy the right stationery

When it is back to school season, you want to buy anything and everything that is out there (I end up buying stationery that could last me for 2 school years!). But, I’ve been good this year because I only bought the essentials like folders, pens, pencils, highlighters etc. As I am taking a creative subject, I got a thin dotted notebook and a normal lined notebook for a more academic subject from Papier.

Find the right planner

I am a very inconsistent person when it comes to using a planner. I mainly use them during mocks and important exams and assessment. Hence why the I think it is a cool idea that the Papier planners are un-dated so I don’t feel like i’m wasting my planner. Alternatively, if you love lists then a notebook would be perfect for you.

Do your holiday homework

The worst feeling ever is when you go into your first lesson and you get in trouble for not doing your homework. Use your planner or set a reminder on your phone to complete your work. You could do all of it in a day or do a little bit every other day. It all depends on your preference.

Develop a routine

I don’t know about you but my routine is all over the place. I guess that’s what happens when you have nearly 3 months of holiday, haha. 2 weeks before you start school, try to sleep 10-30 minutes earlier than usual and wake up after 8 hours (do this by setting up an alarm). By doing this, you will not have to go through having only 4 hours of sleep because you couldn’t fall asleep the night before.

Make sure to check ut Papiers beautiful notebooks, sketchbooks and planners. I want t give them a huge thank you to them for sending me their notebooks to try. I’ve started to use the notebook and planner and I love the thickness of the pages and how the pages are slightly ivory in colour.
